Missing Items Policy

If your order arrives with fewer items than you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim quickly, provide the following photos:

• Shipping label photo — the tracking number must be clearly visible.
• Photo of all received items together — include product packaging with SKU/barcode clearly visible.

After we receive and verify the photos, our team will arrange compensation or a replacement according to this policy.

Return Policy (U.S. Customers)

• Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund once received.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
• We cannot process returns or exchanges after 30 days from the delivery date.
• Customers outside the U.S.: please contact service@youluckbeauty.com for return instructions.

Q1: I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

If you notice the mistake before the order ships (before receiving a shipping confirmation email), please email service@youluckbeauty.com and we’ll assist within 24 hours.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot change it. Once you receive the package, you may return unopened, unused, and intact items within 30 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Q2: I received the wrong product. What should I do?

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will offer a partial refund or send the correct item at no extra charge.

Q3: My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Take a photo of the package before opening. If any items inside are damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will provide a partial refund or send a replacement free of charge.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Note: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable. Refund posting time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an urgent replacement, you may place a new order. Once we receive the defective item, we will issue a full refund for the replacement order.
