Missing Items Policy
If your order arrives with fewer items than you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim quickly, provide the following photos:
- Shipping label photo — the tracking number must be clearly visible.
- Photo of all received items together — include product packaging with SKU/barcode clearly visible.
After we receive and verify the photos, our team will arrange compensation or a replacement according to this policy.
Return Policy (U.S. Customers)
- Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund once received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
- We cannot process returns or exchanges after 30 days from the delivery date.
