Missing Items Policy
If your order arrives with fewer items than you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim quickly, provide the following photos:
Shipping label photo — the tracking number must be clearly visible.
Photo of all received items together — include product packaging with SKU/barcode clearly visible.

After we receive and verify the photos, our team will arrange compensation or a replacement according to this policy.
Return Policy (U.S. Customers)
Unused and unopened hair products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund once received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
We cannot process returns or exchanges after 30 days from the delivery date.
