Return Policy

Customers from the United States can return all unused and unopened products within 30 days and receive a refund upon receipt of the goods.


Q1: I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

If you find that you have ordered the wrong product before shipping the order (BEFORE receiving a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number), please contact our customer support: service@youluckbeauty.com We are happy to assist you with your request within 24 hours.

However, once the goods have been shipped, we cannot change your order. Please contact our team: service@youluckbeauty.com Once you receive the package, you can immediately arrange for a return.

If the product is ordered incorrectly, please return the unopened, unused, and intact product to us within 30 days after the original delivery, and we will refund according to your request. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Unfortunately, if your delivery date has passed 30 days, we are unable to process a refund or exchange for you.

Q2: I received a wrong product. What should I do?

If there are any incorrect products after you receive them, please contact us within 10 days after the products are delivered to you. We will send you a partial refund or replacement with a free product.

Q3: I received a broken package. What should I do?

If your package appears to be damaged, please take a photo before opening it. Then check the goods inside. If any damaged products are found, please contact us within 10 days after the product is delivered to you. We will provide you with a partial refund or replace the damaged product.

For customer from the United States, please return to the following address.

REFUND POLICY (If applicable)

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. And we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your payment account within 2-3 working days.

Sales items: Only regular price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sales/promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchange: We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for other items, please send an email to service@youluckbeauty.com

If there is an urgent need to replace the defective product before we receive it, you will need to place a new order for that product. Once the original defective product is received, a full refund will be issued for the new order.

Delayed refund or no refund (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund yet, please double check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is credited to the account. If you have completed all these operations but have not yet received a refund, please contact us by service@youluckbeauty.com
